Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Generated A member of our Customer Service team will generate a RMA number and contact you by email with details on how to ship your faulty product back to us. Your RMA number is usually generated within one working day. Return Your Product to Audio-Technica Carefully pack your product and ship it back to our Service Centre. It is important that your RMA number is labelled on the outside of your packaging. Our return address for service repairs is: Service Centre Audio-Technica Ltd Technica House, Unit 5, Millennium Way Leeds LS11 5AL Please remember to include your RMA documentation with your product. Inspection carried out by our service engineers Once we receive your product, one of our service engineers will carry out an inspection, usually within two working day of receipt. Warranty We will endeavour to service and repair your product within three working days.
