Aug 10, 2015 - Hi, so i have a problem, when i launching the game i get an error: Unrecoverable fault - please restart the game, I tried to delete rockstar games.

I purchased a microsoft surface 3 yesterday and I purchase gta IV on amazon.com and i downloaded the game and steam. When I run the game the screen turns to black as it tries to load and then a pop occurs saying 'GTA IV FATAL ERROR; Unrecoverable fault - Please restart the game 288 16.' Another pop up comes up saying windows is checking for a solution to the problem and a solution doesnt occur. I have restarted my surface and tried opening the game however it still doesnt work time and time again. If you could help recover my problem that would be very helpful thank you!
