Why isnt it working for you? In the voice pack i used before i had to remove the 'apdb_filename='apdb_Samantha_NNG.dat' line in the info.ini or it wouldnt stay selected in Primo.
But this was a voice pack wich missed some of the TTS pro features. (maybe because it was missing some files in the tts_nua_v5 folder) For me the old Igo 8.3 TTS voices dont work. Primo says they are the wrong voice pack.

To use it simply save the script in the same folder as you Windows 7 hotfixes you want to deploy and then create a package and program with the folder as package source and the command line configured as below. If you wan to make the hotfix installation silent you simply add /quiet /norestart on the command line aswell.
